Terms of Service

These Terms define the conditions under which you may access and use the Fullmetrix platform, its features and associated services.

Fullmetrix is an e-commerce analytics platform that allows you to:

• Connect and centralize data from online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop)
• Analyze business performance via dashboards
• Manage and synchronize advertising audiences (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Track visitor journeys on connected sites
• Generate automated reports
• Create data collection forms
• Communicate via integrations (WhatsApp, Slack, email)

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials
• An account is linked to an organization. You can invite members
• We reserve the right to suspend an account in case of Terms violation

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to access other users' data
• Not use the Service to send spam or illicit content
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Not resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Comply with the terms of use of connected third-party platforms

The Service connects to third-party platforms via their official APIs. You are responsible for maintaining the necessary permissions on these platforms. We are not responsible for modifications or interruptions to these third-party APIs.

• You remain the owner of all data you import into the Service
• We claim no ownership rights over your data
• You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service
• Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our privacy policy

We strive to maintain the Service available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or force majeure.

• The Service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranty
• We are not responsible for business decisions made based on the analyses provided
• Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for indirect losses, data loss or lost profits

The Service, its source code, design, trademarks and content are the exclusive property of Fullmetrix. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

• You can delete your account at any time from settings
• We may terminate your access in case of Terms violation, with 15 days notice except in emergencies
• Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Substantial changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after this period constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
