How does the sync to Meta Ads work?+
Fullmetrix uses Meta Marketing API to create and update Custom Audiences. Your customer data (emails, phone numbers) is hashed in SHA-256 before transmission. Meta matches with its users. Audiences are automatically updated with each sync.
Is my customer data transmitted in plain text?+
No. All data is hashed in SHA-256 server-side before being transmitted to ad platforms. This is the standard required by Meta, Google and TikTok. No personal data in plain text leaves Fullmetrix.
Can I choose which segments to sync?+
Yes. You have full control over which segments are synced to which platforms. You can sync your Champions to Meta Ads and your at-risk customers to Google Ads, for example. Each segment can be pushed independently.
How often are audiences updated?+
Audiences are automatically updated with each sync of your e-commerce data. In practice, your audiences reflect segment changes within 24 hours of a change in a customer purchasing behavior.
Is the match rate good?+
The match rate depends on the quality of your customer data (emails, phone numbers). On average, e-commerce merchants achieve a match rate of 40 to 70% on Meta Ads and 30 to 60% on Google Ads. The more complete your data, the better the matching.
