Use case

Multi-store analytics: all your data in one place

Managing multiple e-commerce stores should not mean juggling between dashboards. Fullmetrix consolidates PrestaShop, WooCommerce and Shopify into a unified view. Compare, analyze and manage all your stores from a single platform.

The problem

Why managing multiple stores is an analytics nightmare

Data siloed by store and CMS

Each store has its own back office with its own metrics and data formats. Your PrestaShop store shows sales in one format, your Shopify in another, and your WooCommerce in a third. To get the big picture, you have to navigate between 3 different interfaces, export CSVs and attempt manual consolidation in a spreadsheet.

No cross-platform view possible

You cannot directly compare the performance of your Shopify store with your PrestaShop store. Metrics are not calculated the same way, periods do not always align and definitions of revenue, margin and conversion differ. It is impossible to answer a question as simple as: which store is the most profitable this month?

Time-consuming manual consolidation prone to errors

Consolidated reporting happens in a spreadsheet, with manual exports from each store. This process takes hours every week, is prone to copy-paste errors and produces reports that are outdated the moment they are finished. Strategic decisions are based on data that is days or weeks old.

The solution

How Fullmetrix unifies your multi-store data

A unified dashboard for all your stores

Connect all your PrestaShop, WooCommerce and Shopify stores to Fullmetrix. All data is normalized and displayed in a single dashboard. Metrics are calculated consistently regardless of the source CMS. Switch between consolidated view and per-store detail in one click.

Instant cross-platform comparison

Compare your stores side by side: revenue, order count, average order value, conversion rate, net margin. Instantly identify which store is outperforming or underperforming. Same metrics, calculated the same way, for a reliable comparison between PrestaShop, WooCommerce and Shopify.

Consolidated metrics and global P&L

View a consolidated P&L that aggregates revenue and costs from all your stores. Track your overall profitability in real time. Costs are broken down by store and by item to identify optimization levers. All without any exports or manual manipulation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about multi-store analytics

How many stores can I connect?+

The number of stores depends on your plan. The Starter plan allows 1 store, the Pro plan up to 3 stores and the Business plan up to 10 stores. Each store can be on a different CMS (PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Shopify).

Is data mixed between stores?+

No. Each store is an isolated connection with its own data. Consolidation happens at the display and reporting level. You can always filter and analyze each store individually.

Can I compare a PrestaShop store with a Shopify store?+

Yes. Fullmetrix normalizes data from each CMS to allow direct comparison. Metrics (revenue, AOV, margin, LTV) are calculated identically regardless of the source CMS.

Does the consolidated P&L account for each store costs?+

Yes. You configure costs (COGS, shipping, transaction fees, etc.) per store. The consolidated P&L aggregates revenue and costs from all your stores to display a global net profit and per-store detail.

Does syncing one store affect the others?+

No. Each store is synced independently. A sync issue on one store does not affect the others. Data from each connection is processed separately.

Can I mix different CMSs in the same organization?+

Yes. A Fullmetrix organization can contain PrestaShop, WooCommerce and Shopify stores simultaneously. You add each store via the module or app corresponding to its CMS.
