Automated CSV exports: feed your BI tools effortlessly
Fullmetrix automatically exports your e-commerce data as CSV and delivers it where you need it: S3, FTP, email or direct download. Feed your data warehouse, BI tool or favorite spreadsheet with fresh data every day, without manual intervention.
Why manual exports slow down your data team
Manual exports are time-consuming and unreliable
Every week, someone logs into the back-office, launches an export, waits, downloads a file, renames it, emails it. This ritual eats hours every month and is prone to errors: forgotten file, wrong period, wrong format. When the data team needs a 6-month history, that's 24 manual exports to coordinate.
Inconsistent CSV formats across sources
PrestaShop exports with semicolon separator in ISO-8859-1 encoding. WooCommerce uses comma in UTF-8. Shopify has its own format with specific columns. To ingest this data into a data warehouse, you need to normalize formats, handle encodings and harmonize columns. A tedious ETL job for every source.
Data that arrives late in the warehouse
When exports are manual, they only arrive in your data warehouse when someone remembers to run them. Data analyses are often based on data that's several days or even weeks old. Impossible to have truly up-to-date reporting or detect anomalies in real time.
How Fullmetrix automates your CSV exports
Scheduled CSV export at the frequency of your choice
Set up a daily, weekly or monthly automated export in 30 seconds. Choose the data to export (orders, products, customers, costs, ROAS by channel) and the period (previous day, last 7 days, current month). The export is generated and delivered automatically at the configured frequency, without intervention.
Flexible destination: S3, FTP, email or URL
Deliver your CSV exports to Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, an SFTP server, by email or via a signed URL. Each export can have its own destination. Perfect to feed a cloud data warehouse, an external team or a shared spreadsheet.
Standardized, configurable UTF-8 CSV format
All Fullmetrix exports use UTF-8 CSV with configurable separator (comma, semicolon, tab). Dates are in ISO 8601 format, amounts are normalized in the pivot currency. Compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice and all modern BI tools.
Set up your automated CSV exports in 4 steps
Choose the data to export
Select the export type: orders, products, customers, costs, ad spend, cohorts, consolidated metrics. Each export type corresponds to a structured table with clearly defined, documented and stable columns over time.
Set frequency and period
Choose the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) and the data range to include in each export (previous day, rolling 7 days, previous month). Set the timezone so the export is generated at the right time.
Choose the destination
Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, SFTP, email, signed URL. Enter the credentials or email address. Fullmetrix tests the connection and confirms that the export can be delivered. An export can have multiple destinations simultaneously.
Monitor exports
Export history is available in your Fullmetrix workspace with status (success, failure), file size and execution time. In case of failure, you receive an email alert and can re-run the export manually.

Frequently asked questions about CSV exports
What types of data can I export as CSV?+
Fullmetrix lets you export more than 15 types of data: orders, products, customers, costs, ad spend, cohorts, consolidated metrics, conversion funnel, LTV by segment, RFM, and more. Each type has a documented, stable column schema.
Do exports support historical data?+
Yes. You can request a one-time export of the full historical depth (e.g., the last 3 years) in addition to recurring daily exports. The historical export is generated in the background and delivered to your destination.
Can I have multiple exports with different frequencies?+
Yes. You can configure as many exports as you want, each with its own frequency, destination and filter. For example a daily order export to S3 and a weekly cohort export by email.
Is the CSV format compatible with Excel?+
Yes. UTF-8 CSV with BOM is compatible with Excel including for accented characters. You can also choose the separator (comma or semicolon) to optimize compatibility with your Excel version.
How is delivery to S3 or SFTP secured?+
Credentials (S3 access key, SFTP password) are encrypted at rest in the Fullmetrix database. Transfers use TLS and can be signed. For S3, you can use a dedicated IAM user with permissions restricted to a specific bucket.
What happens if an export fails?+
Fullmetrix automatically retries the export in case of temporary failure (network, server unavailable). If the failure persists, you receive an email alert with details. You can re-run the export manually after fixing the issue.
