Choose your report template

Select a predefined template: sales report, profitability report, advertising report, cohort report or full executive report. Each template includes the most relevant KPIs for its audience. You can also start from a blank template and compose your own blocks from the widget library.

Set frequency and recipients

Choose a frequency: daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. Set the delivery day and time (for example every Monday at 9 AM). Add a recipient email list, with or without PDF attachment. Configure the timezone so the report arrives at the right time in each office.

Customize content and branding

Add your logo, colors and a custom introduction message. Select which metrics to include and their display order. Set default filters (store, channel, category) so each recipient gets a report focused on their scope.

Receive and share

The first report ships at the configured time. Each recipient gets an email with the summary in the body and the full PDF attached. A direct link to the online dashboard allows drilling into the data in one click. The history of sent reports is kept in Fullmetrix for later review.

Can I create a custom report without using a template?+

Yes. Fullmetrix offers a report builder with a library of 50+ widgets (KPIs, charts, tables) that you can assemble freely. You choose the metrics, the period, the filters and the layout.

Are reports sent as PDF or HTML?+

Both. The email contains an HTML summary visible directly in the inbox, with the full PDF attached for sharing or printing. You can also download the PDF from your Fullmetrix workspace.

How many recipients can I add to a report?+

There is no limit on the number of recipients. You can add your entire team, investors, partners. Each report can have its own distribution list.

Do reports include advertising data?+

Yes. If you have connected Meta Ads, Google Ads or TikTok Ads, advertising spend is included in your reports with ROAS, POAS and net profit after advertising.

Can I export reports as CSV?+

Yes. Each report can be exported as UTF-8 CSV with configurable separator (comma, semicolon). The CSV contains raw data, ready to be imported into Excel, Google Sheets or a BI tool.

Can I pause or modify a report at any time?+
