Why getting your own data is often a nightmare

Native CMS exports are limited

The PrestaShop back-office limits exports to a few thousand rows. WooCommerce offers an export plugin that times out on large volumes. Shopify has strict API limits and proprietary formats. For a merchant with 100,000 orders to export, it's an obstacle course.

Data is scattered across multiple sources

To get a full export of your activity, you need to compile orders from the CMS, ad costs from Meta and Google, transaction fees from Stripe, cohorts from your homemade spreadsheet. Each source has its own format, timing and access rules.

Formats are not interoperable

A PrestaShop CSV doesn't open correctly in Excel because of encoding. A Shopify export doesn't have the same columns as a WooCommerce export. For an analyst or accountant who has to work on the data, it's hours of cleanup before the real analysis can begin.

Enriched and harmonized data

Fullmetrix exports don't just copy raw CMS data. They are enriched with net profit, margin, broken-down costs, customer attributes (RFM, LTV, segment) and harmonized in a common schema regardless of source platform. A Shopify export and a WooCommerce export have exactly the same columns.

How it works

Export your data in 4 steps

Choose the view to export

Go to the view that contains the data you need: order list, product list, customer list, cohorts dashboard. Active filters (period, store, channel) will be applied to the export. You can adjust filters before launching the export.

Click export

Click the export button in the top right corner of the view. Choose the format (CSV, Excel, JSON), the columns to include (all or a selection) and the data range. You can preview the content before generating.

Download the file

The file is generated in seconds for standard exports, in minutes for large exports (more than 100,000 rows). You receive a secure download link by email and in your Fullmetrix workspace. The link stays valid for 7 days.

Share or analyze

Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets or your analysis tool. Share it with your accountant, consultant or team. Columns are documented and consistent, no prior cleanup is required.

Frequently asked questions about data exports

Is there a limit on the volume of data that can be exported?+

No. Fullmetrix imposes no limit on the number of exportable rows. Large exports (more than 100,000 rows) are generated in the background and you receive an email with the download link once the file is ready.

What formats are available?+

Fullmetrix offers three formats: UTF-8 CSV (ideal for data warehouses and BI tools), Excel .xlsx with formatting (ideal for non-technical sharing) and JSON (ideal for developers and scripts). The same export is available in all three formats.

Can I export all my store's history?+

Yes. You can export your store's full history (3, 5 or 10 years of data), with no limitation. The historical export is generated in the background and the file can weigh several gigabytes depending on the volume.

Are exports enriched or do they only contain raw data?+

Fullmetrix exports are enriched. They contain raw CMS data but also Fullmetrix calculations (net profit, margin, broken-down costs, RFM segments, LTV) that are not available in native CMS exports.

Can I share an export with someone who doesn't have a Fullmetrix account?+

Yes. Each export is accessible via a secure link valid for 7 days. You can send this link to your accountant, consultant or team without giving them access to your Fullmetrix account.

Are exports secure?+

Yes. Export files are stored encrypted on Cloudflare R2. Download links are signed and expire after 7 days. Only people with the link can access the file.
