Fulfillment Rate
Percentage of orders delivered complete, on time, and without incident compared to total orders.
Fulfillment rate measures the operational quality of your logistics: how many orders are delivered complete, on time as promised, and without error. It is a key indicator of customer satisfaction and logistics cost.
Calculation: Fulfillment rate = Perfectly delivered orders / Total orders x 100. Perfectly means: right quantity, right products, right address, on time, without breakage. A rate above 95% is excellent, below 90% signals problems.
Each point of fulfillment rate lost costs dearly: returns, disputes, customer support, negative reviews, loss of trust. Improvement levers are: stock accuracy, picking quality, carrier choice, packaging.
Fullmetrix tracks fulfillment rate by warehouse, carrier, and product to identify friction points and optimize your supply chain.
