Fullmetrix was not born in a product office, around a Miro board and fictional personas. Fullmetrix was born from a real need, from years of helping merchants in an agency and hitting the same wall every time: getting usable data to analyse a store was never simple. We exported CSVs, juggled three GA accounts, two Looker Studio reports, an Excel file and a margin sheet by hand. In the end we spent more time building the numbers than using them.

So we built our own tool, which became Fullmetrix. After PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Shopify and Sylius, one platform kept coming up in every conversation with larger merchants: Magento. Today, the native Fullmetrix x Magento integration is live.

Why Magento

Magento 2, now part of the Adobe Commerce family, powers some of the most ambitious stores in e-commerce. Multi-website, multi-store view, complex catalogs with configurable products, B2B price logic, heavy order volumes: it is the platform merchants pick when the business outgrows simpler tools. The data model is deep and battle-tested: orders, invoices, credit memos, cart price rules, customer groups, it is all there.

That is exactly where Fullmetrix is at its best. A structured platform, reliable data, and behind it, an analytics and marketing suite that knows what to do with it. How the integration works

The integration relies on an official extension maintained by our team. If you run a Magento 2 store, the install speaks your language: one Composer command, one setup:upgrade, and the extension is in your project. You can also drop it directly into app/code if you prefer to manage it with your own deployment flow.

  3. Connect to your Fullmetrix account with an automatically generated code, from Marketing > Fullmetrix
  4. Historical import of all your orders, products, customers, promotions and credit memos
  5. Near real-time sync of new orders and statuses, without touching the theme

On the technical side, the extension supports Magento 2.4 and Adobe Commerce, on PHP 8.1 and above. Simple and configurable products, cart price rules, credit memos, newsletter opt-ins: the data is cleaned, normalised and reconciled correctly, even with several discount sources or several store views.

Magento stores your customers, but it cannot tell you who reorders, who goes quiet, who is about to leave. Fullmetrix builds cohorts and dynamic segments in real time from your Magento base, and syncs them to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and WhatsApp.
