Why a Fullmetrix app on Shopify

The Shopify ecosystem is rich, but paradoxically fragmented. To run a store properly, a merchant often ends up with a stack of five or six apps: one for reporting, another for email, another for SMS, one for pop-ups, one for ad audiences, one for abandoned carts. Each one costs between twenty and two hundred euros a month, each one has its own onboarding, interface and data model. And none of them really talk to each other.

How the integration works

The Fullmetrix x Shopify integration goes through our official app available on the Shopify App Store. You install it in two clicks from your Shopify admin, you grant the standard permissions, and Fullmetrix connects to your store right away via the official GraphQL API. No script to paste, no manual setup, no webhook to wire up by hand.

Shopify stores your customers, but cannot tell you who is repurchasing, who is dormant, who is about to churn. Fullmetrix builds real-time cohorts and dynamic segments on top of your Shopify base, and syncs them to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and WhatsApp. Your acquisition campaigns automatically exclude existing customers, your retention campaigns target only those who actually need them.
