The Fullmetrix plugin for WooCommerce is now officially published on the WordPress.org directory. It installs in two clicks from your WordPress admin, like any official plugin, and it is fully free. After the initial release in March 2026, the plugin went through several rounds of review and stabilization to become the most solid integration between Fullmetrix and the WordPress ecosystem.

WooCommerce is officially the most deployed e-commerce engine in the world. On paper it is a wonderful environment: open source, infinitely extensible, plugged into the entire WordPress ecosystem. In real life it gets messy. WooCommerce remains an extension of a blog engine, and its data model grows along with every installed plugin. Every theme, every payment module, every visual builder adds its own layer, its own meta, its own workarounds.
This is exactly why a serious connector matters. Plugging an analytics tool into WooCommerce without a native plugin means risking missing 30 percent of the data, mixing statuses, and never reconciling refunds. Fullmetrix published its official WooCommerce plugin precisely to avoid that trap: we speak WooCommerce natively, we respect its hooks, we align on its native tables.
How the integration works
The integration relies on the official Fullmetrix plugin, available on the WordPress.org directory. You install it in two clicks from the WordPress admin, like any other plugin. You enter your Fullmetrix key once, and that is it. No webhook to set up by hand, no script to paste into the theme, no pixel to add.
- Install from the WordPress.org directory in two clicks, without touching the theme
- Activation via an API key auto-generated from your Fullmetrix account
- Full historical import of orders, customers, products and refunds (up to five years back)
- Real-time sync via native WooCommerce hooks for new orders and status changes
- Visitor and e-commerce event tracking enabled automatically, without theme edits
Compatibility-wise, we support WordPress 6.0 and up, WooCommerce 7.0 and up, PHP 7.4 to 8.3, on single site as well as multisite. The plugin is compatible with the main payment modules (Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, Klarna, etc.), subscription modules, marketplaces, B2B modules, and the major page builders (Elementor, Divi, Bricks, native Gutenberg). HPOS, the modern order storage architecture in WooCommerce, is fully supported.

What you unlock as a WooCommerce merchant
Here is what you unlock by installing Fullmetrix on your WooCommerce store. Everything ships from day one, with no dev, no integrator, no higher plan to unlock.
Deep multi-axis reporting
Native WooCommerce reports are fine for a quick glance, but they were never designed for digging in. Fullmetrix brings real multi-axis reporting, where every number breaks down by channel, country, customer type, product, supplier, with drill-down to the individual order.
- Revenue by channel, country, customer type, product, with year-over-year comparison
- Top products, top variations, top customers tables, one-click exports
- Cart analysis, discount codes, margins and shipping costs
- Multistore consolidation if you operate several WooCommerce stores
- Drill-down on WooCommerce categories and attributes

Integrated WhatsApp Business
On WooCommerce, customer re-engagement has historically been a headache. Sometimes flaky transactional email, paid SMS modules, abandoned cart plugins relying on dubious cron jobs. Fullmetrix integrates WhatsApp Business natively, plugged into WooCommerce hooks. Your orders automatically trigger the right messages to the right customers.
- Meta-approved templates, ready to use in English and French
- Automations triggered by WooCommerce hooks (order, status, refund, etc.)
- Fine-grained segmentation: VIPs, dormants, first purchase, AOV above X
- Unified inbox to reply to your customers without leaving Fullmetrix
- Full tracking of WhatsApp-driven conversions in the main reporting

Cohorts, segments and audiences
WooCommerce stores your customers in the WordPress users table, but cannot tell you who is repurchasing, who is dormant, who is about to churn. Fullmetrix builds real-time cohorts and dynamic segments on top of your WooCommerce base, and syncs them to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and WhatsApp.
- Retention cohorts by acquisition month, by first purchased category, by first product
- Segments built on business rules (LTV, frequency, recency, categories)
- Automatic sync to ad platforms as custom audiences
- Automatic exclusion of existing customers from acquisition campaigns

Forms, popups and audience capture
An opt-in form, a product quiz, a welcome popup or a back-in-stock alert: it all builds in minutes inside Fullmetrix, without touching the WordPress theme. Captured contacts are automatically matched with existing WooCommerce customers, and feed your segments and campaigns.

Digests, alerts and exports
- Daily or weekly digests of your key metrics, by email
- Smart alerts on conversion drops, refund spikes, critical stock
- Automated CSV and Google Sheets exports for your finance or marketing teams

Official WordPress.org plugin, reviewed and maintained
Our plugin is published on the official WordPress.org directory, which means it has passed the WordPress.org team review: security, coding standards compliance, best practices. You download it and update it directly from your WordPress admin, like any official plugin. No SaaS middleman, no dependency on a third-party connector.
PrestaShop first, WooCommerce next
Our first dedicated connector was the PrestaShop module, released in mid-January 2026. WooCommerce arrived at the end of March 2026 on the official WordPress.org directory. This is the intentional order: we build for PrestaShop first, then port to other platforms once the feature is fully stable.
Performance and compliance
The Fullmetrix plugin is built to stay ultra light on the front end. No blocking script is added to your site, tracking goes through a non-blocking backend endpoint, and we follow WordPress best practices (native action scheduler, transient API, WP-Cron). Your Core Web Vitals stay intact, and so does your GDPR compliance: we ship an integrated consent module and we adapt to the main cookie banners.
